As of 2020 we also offer Virtue RF Microneedling and  Subnovii Plasma Pen treatments as an additional option to minimize scars effectively. Whether you suffer from acne scars or have unsightly scars from an injury or surgery, Dr. Sherman can help you determine which treatments are best for you. We often recommend Virtue RF Microneedling in addition to the traditional laser scar removal treatments.  Depending on the location and depth of the scars it may be necessary to commit to combination therapy for best results. Subnovii plasma pen treatments for example can be ideal for existing scars from a previous Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift).  The key is not to damage the surrounding tissue, which none of the treatments we offer do. Professional Skincare and scheduled facials are also important to keep the skin healthy and smooth. Enlarged pores can also be kept at bay with a regular skincare routine.
